Before visiting the museum we had studied the piece A Battery Shelled by Wyndham Lewis in class.
Initially, it was difficult for Yuma.
As he was not yet familiar with these kinds of exercises.
This was his first time practicing the skill of seeing something beyond what is simply in front of him and beginning to look at インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 from a figurative point of view.
All in all, it was an enjoyable experience for everyone and we ended up spending quite a few hours taking in all of the different pieces of art in the collection.
We spent the time going over each of the steps below.
Step 2: Brief description of any particular details.
Step 3: Describe how various this web page, objects, and settings are presented.
Step 4: How is your eye drawn around the picture?
Step 5: What kinds of ideas do you think the picture is interested in?
Step 7: Do you think it is a good picture?

He began to see things that at first https://slots-spin-list.site/1/943.html thought were seemingly mundane or unimportant, but actually, he decided gave the work quite a bit of depth.
These steps were introduced with art but later we used to the same process to examine classic works of literature.
They once again looked at the piece A Battery Shelled by Wyndham Lewis.
Yuma got right to work on analyzing and interpreting the painting, while it was a brand new experience for Fumiki.
This means each of them had a unique chance of either reflecting on a previous exercise or trying something brand new.
He was able to create new connections and see the painting in a new light.
This goes to show how much he has improved over the last few months.
With just a couple weeks left until his departure for UWC — Costa Rica we are really beginning to feel like he is transforming from a little monkey into a true gentleman.
For the last few weeks we have been focusing on the use of technology with Kai.
He is really starting to build an interest in science, history, and other subjects so we have been making full use of the many resources available to all of us on the internet.
We always want to be using authentic materials intended for English speaking kids so the content that we find for Kai always fills this requirement.
On Saturday we started with a video about the expedition of Lewis and Clark.
He began learning about some basic history of the United States.
Following a few online activities about the video we moved on to a video about digital animation.
Here we learned about how movies are made.
We learned about the differences between digital animation and traditional animation and finished by watching a short Mickey Mouse film from 90 years ago!
For the second half of his lesson we focus on learning new things about a few selected animals.
read more we learned more about Bottlenose Dolphins, Nile Crocodiles, and Poison Dart Frogs.
Kai was especially interested in the colorful インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 Dart Frog.
This led to us delving deeper.
We found out that these frogs live in Central and South America including Costa Rica.
Here we became a bit sidetracked because one of our older students will be leaving for a two year study abroad trip to Costa Rica!
Kai and I インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 to learn all about the different kinds of wildlife that lives in the country.
It turns out Costa Source is one of the countries with the highest biodiversity in the entire world.
We both hope to see lots and lots of pictures of Costa Rica in the future.
This was the third day of the Spring Camp, in which we introduced the children to the educational theme, "The 5 Senses.
When we arrived at Kamakura, we were greeted by a beautiful display of インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 Blossom Trees Sakura and tourists from all over the world.
We stopped at a supermarket, grabbed a bite to eat, and then headed towards the Kamakura City Kawakita Film Museum where we explored the many film memorabilia and film books and magazines.
By studying interactive models, and watching a short film which was played in the museum, we were able to learn about how the Kawakita's made movies.
The children seemed to really enjoy these interactive models.
After going through the museum itself, we sat down in the attached Japanese Garden.
Here, we ate lunch together and began studying about the 5 senses.
visit web page we finished eating, we read a book about continue reading 5 senses, then began working on our 5 senses worksheet.
By using our 5 senses, we analyzed the Japanese garden and took notes about what we saw, smelled, felt, read more, and tasted.
We also worked together in explaining the importance of the 5 senses and that by being aware of our senses, we can be aware of インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 surroundings.
An example we gave was crossing the street.
By using both our eyes and ears, we are able to make sure that it is safe to cross the street.
After explaining the importance of each of the 5 senses, we drew a picture of the landscape in front of us and included images of every sensation we were feeling for example, when we heard the hawks in the sky, we would draw them on our worksheets.
After studying, we left the インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 and headed back towards the train station in order to board the local train by 3 pm.
We made it back to Kamakura just before 4 pm, and then we all went home!
The next day, Thursday, March 29th we continued talking about our 5 senses.
We finished up our worksheets and then did another landscape drawing activity.
This time was the busy city skyline rather than the small quiet Japanese Garden from the day before.
The students were again asked to use their senses to help them draw their pictures of the skyline.
After we finished drawing our pictures, we took turns presenting them to each other and explained why we made the decisions we made while drawing.
We also talked about art techniques, perspective, and how we can all have different viewpoints of the same landscape.
It was quite interesting to see how everyone translated the real-life landscape to paper!
Lastly, we did a few writing activities centered around the 5 senses.
Students were asked to インタラクティブ読書ゲーム1年生 the importance of the 5 senses and to give an example showing why they are important.
